Naturgaz had received wholesale license from EMRA on 4 October 2007.
Our company commenced its operations in the actual natural gas industry since 1 January 2010.
Naturgaz, depend on development of LNG the natural gas market, applied for EMRA in order to taking importer license because of being LNG importer and took the license on 17 February 2011. NATURGAZ with this license, the next period of activity in the wholesale of gas as LNG imports will also plans to himself. Natural gas supply and diversification of trade and market more transparent mechanisms for balancing the need to begin working with marketing, as well as quantity and price risk management needs of customers according to their own cost structure and to determine appropriate strategies to ensure that necessary equipment is working.

In 2010, our country's natural gas market was consist of 5 importing company and 11 wholesale company except for BOTAŞ.Our company market share was 7 which was these market share among these companies as ranked. Importer companies were left out when there are only an assessment of wholesale firms in the market share of 3 is in order.

Our company’s power in the natural gas market is, distribution companies to within the group, the group's financial strength, capable and trained human resource is located, they are also competitive advantages in the market.

The distribution companies, which was existing of the group, provide for reached easily to costumer and more easily marketing activities.
